1. General Information
We want your BikiBoom pieces to fit and feel perfect. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return or an exchange under the conditions below.
This policy applies to all international orders, including Europe, the United States, and Australia.
To ensure smooth handling and consistent quality control, all returns are processed through our central fulfillment center.
You will receive the return address and step-by-step instructions once your request is approved.
2. Eligibility Conditions
For hygiene and quality reasons, items must be returned in their original condition:
unworn and unwashed
free of stains, make-up, perfume, sand, or damage
all original tags attached
hygiene liner intact for bikini bottoms
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
3. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
BikiBoom cannot be held responsible for lost or untracked return parcels.
5. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for another size or color (subject to availability).
For exchanges:
The customer covers the cost of sending the item back.
BikiBoom covers the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.
Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
Your exchange will be shipped within 3–5 business days once the returned item is received and approved.
6. Returns for Refund
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:
The customer pays the return shipping cost
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
Processing time: 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
Initial shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
bikini bottoms without the hygiene protection
items that show signs of wear or washing
final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
8. Customs Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees collected at delivery are non-refundable, as they are charged by your country’s customs authority.
For exchanges, additional customs fees may apply depending on your location.
9. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at info@bikiboom.com with your order number and request.
You will receive approval and return instructions from our team.
Ship the item using a tracked method and keep the proof of postage.
We will notify you as soon as your return has been received and processed.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
In such cases, BikiBoom will cover all shipping costs.
